Organization of reverse mission and detection of business opportunities in the Belgium market - March 2015

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES IN THE BELGIUM MARKET
Several Belgium entrepreneurs from renewable energy, building materials, water and agrifood distribution, interviewing business people of the province of Jaen in the framework of a joint mission by the Chambers of Commerce of Linares, Jaen and Andujar as well as the Provincial Council of Jaen. .

The mission organized by EcoSolve consisted in identifying business people through professional profiles provided by public institutions, contacting them, inviting them to come to Linares to meet business people from the region who wish to sell their products outside the area and carry out projects with Belgian companies in international markets.

Organization of reverse mission with France - January 2015

On 29 and 30 January 2015 Ecosolve held a workshop and meetings on “Opportunities of business in the French market”.

We organized a multi-sector trade mission that included the participation with eight French companies and associations bringing together nearly 100 attendees from 76 companies of the Jaen province.

Mission Senegal - April 2014

Reverse mission to Senegal organized by Ecosolve for the Linares Chamber of commerce. Eight businessmen from the sectors of construction and renewable energy made contacts with Spanish businessmen for possible collaborations.

Training Webinars on internationalization for Extenda
Ecosolve has collaborated with “Extenda” and “Andalusia Emprende” in promoting training courses, organising business meetings to boost international trade between Andalusian companies and the World. An example from a seminar of September 2015 prepared for the “Wednesday of Internationalisation” is “The export financing: a fundamental element”.

Seminars for the year 2014-2015 of the Extenda Chair at Granada University - October 2014

Opening the seminar sessions of the academic year 2014-2015, the manager Ecosolve, Karine Brück, gave the first session of the Extenda Chair at the Economic Department of Granada University whose head is Professor Eduardo Cuenca: entitled “Different forms of internationalization in the current economic context “in which she insisted on the importance of internationalizing companies through multilateral tenders as a form of internationalization in which payment is guaranteed. About 200 graduated students from Business and Economics from Granada University attended (20 hours).

Support and Promotion of international business - May 2014

Lecture and technical assistance on Tenders in Morocco provided by Ecosolve Director, Karine Brück and held in IVACE (Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness). After the lecture, there was a question and answer session from Valencian attendees on their possible entry into Morocco.

Coordination and Technical Assistance ofr the Conference of Extenda Multilateral Club - November 2015

Technical Conference for Multilateral Club with Andalusian companies. In this project, Ecosolve gave technical assistance for Extenda in the identification of international multilateral consultancy companies. EcoSolve organized the invitations of the different speakers coming from companies in Sweden, Ireland, Netherlands and Germany to enable them to present their respective companies to the 25 companies’ members of Multilateral Club. Through, organization of B2B meetings to try to form partnerships with these specialized multinationals in the multilateral market.

Concept note and European project management for the City of Linares Jaen – 2015

The framework of European projects Interreg-SUDOE, is a programme that promotes transnational cooperation to resolve common problems to the Southwest European regions, such as low investment in research and development, under competitiveness of small and medium enterprises and exposure to the problems of climate change and environmental risks.

ECOSOLVE has identified the project, searched for strategic partners, drafted concept note and management proposals.

Technical advice for internationalization to Morocco within the European project Consortia Retsemprende - 2014

Ecosolve was the winning project consultant advising international export consortia to Morocco under the European programme “Retsemprende” Cross Border Network for promoting entrepreneurship and business consortia in border territory of Andalusia – Northern Morocco. “The different sessions with each of the consortia have focused on business opportunities in the 4 sectors of activities of consortia, documentation for export to Morocco, Moroccan taxation, repatriation of money from Morocco, finding local partners, participation in public tenders among other issues.
