TENDERS

Service of advising companies to access and win international projects in multilateral markets and through public tenders, including:

  • Identify, in close cooperation with the management of the company, its strengths and weaknesses to find international and multilateral procurement opportunities, as well as project development.
  • Joint assessment of the proposed strategy for these markets, taking into account the characteristics of the company.
  • Identification of business opportunities in its sector of activity and target countries.
  • Preparation of tender documents, experts’ curricula, expressions of interest to be presented in time and form.
  • Search for partners necessary to establish a consortium and companies interested in the proposal.
  • Writing proposals for consortium agreements for submission to international tenders and projects.
  • Drafting requests for guarantees necessary for participation in these processes (bid bonds, performance bonds and advance payment).
  • Monitoring all the process of the draft of the offer.
  • Delivery of tenders and participation in opening session of the tender (when they are public).
  • Identification and management of subsidies to reduce the costs of preparing the proposal.
  • Support in presentations to the contracting authorities of the beneficiary countries.
  • Advising throughout the implementation phase of the project from negotiating and signing of the contract until full payment on completion of the work and inspections carried out by the financing entities.
  • Support in inspections made by the financing entities before the acceptance of the project.
  • Prior agreement when required by the tendering organization (eg.: United Nations, National Office of Electricity in Morocco – ONEE)
